Originally established in 1987 as an Executive Search Firm, Protocol quickly expanded its services nationally to include a Permanent Placement Division (consisting of Accounting and Finance, Physician Placement, Healthcare and Telehealth), as well as a Temporary Placement Division, a Travel Nurse and Allied Health Professionals Division.

Management is awful, there is a huge amount of bullying from senior management - god forbid you report it. Commission is rubbish - that's if you even get any as management steal it from you and salary isn't great either. Made to feel like you should stay after hours, its frowned upon if you want to leave on time. 'Time is money' - so don't try and go make a tea Make you feel like the grass isn't greener on the other side - but it sure is Serious micromanagement No trust in staff whatsoever No career opportunities even though they say there is If you want anxiety, then definitely go work there"

Nurse Recruiter (Former Employee) says"Terrible account manager's, do not support their employees or back them up. HR is friends with management and does nothing to support or make employees feel comfortable or safe. They set office standards for EVERYONE to follow, but do not take action when it comes to their managers. The account manager's fight amongst one another and takes jobs from the employees. Very inappropriate work environment. They are also constantly threatening jobs if nurses do not get hired on. 5 people were fired within weeks of working, all 5 people that I was hired with."

I thought temp/staffing agency was suppose to help you gain experince... Cons: you can't gain experince if you dont already have it.."
